Roseledge Herb Farm is filled with colonial history, from the high stone walls called "Ha, Ha's" to the tunnels built with massive flat stones harvested from the fields.
Built by John Meech an English man who fled England, changed his last name from John Wallbridge to his mothers maiden name Meech when he started a new life here in Preston CT.
The Beechers are just the 5th owners to his homestead. Once a 100 acre farm now a home lovingly tended to by the Beechers and often with the help of their many grandchildren.
The Beechers’ dedication to the House shines through in all corners of the house. From its individualized room decorations to the beautiful front and back yards to the delicious breakfast offered to start your day. Staying at the Roseledge Herb Farm is a truly memorable and fun experience.
They pride themselves on taking excellent care of their guests and making them feel at home from the first moment they step into the home.
